MORE OF THE SACRED RETURNS.

When I was a little girl ,whenever on base or near base the sun went down,  they would do a bugle call. At that time everyone was required to stop and if in the military stand at attention facing the direction of the bugle music.
The other day we climbed out of the car and close by one of the military areas was playing the bugle. It was a sacred moment  because I have not heard that sound in decades. Joey climbed out next to me and without thinking I told him, very seriously, stand still face the music , be still and quiet. Just like my mom use  to tell  me when I was younger. He did so but gave me that look like "okay, mom has gone over the edge" I started getting nervous cause I thought, by his look, maybe I was loosing it. so I started looking around the parking lot. Joey caught on and scanned the area too.
It was beautiful. Cars stopped. Old people, young people, black people , white people, everyone  all faced the music and stood straight at attention. Some saluted and others just put their hands over their hearts. We, at the same time, looked behind us and about 10 feet behind us was 2 young military guys. They surely heard me whisper all my directions to joey, ending with "it is to respect our troops in harms way."
They were standing there all stiff at attention.
They made eye contact with me and I could see they were so proud.
But, the real magic was when they made eye contact with joey. It was a man moment for sure. Joey , first time I ever seen him do this, got a very serious look on his face, took a deep breath, thru his shoulders back and copied their stance, turned around and stood there just like they were until the music was done. He was truly having an alone moment.
It was so incredible.
I have not seen such patriotism in Hawaii in decades! Decades.

It has been sorely missed.

Keep up the good fight for Conservative America.

Remember to eat and rest, there is enough of us now to work in shifts.

I THINK THERE ARE GOOD TIMES AHEAD FOR AMERICA!
